★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here yesterday at 7pm for pcr test ..clean place and accomodating locals staff. Although i came 1 day earlier than my appointment but still they accomodate me. I paid 199sar plus tax and result should be within 24 hours but im surprised when i recieved pcr result at 1:30am. Very fast than i expected ..good job guys and thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services ever, scheduled an appointment for a PCR test and paid in advance. Came on time and the place was packed, nnly one person perform the test and all appointments were late. Tried to reach the manager but he/she wasn't there, the manager will show up at 11 am, call the CS asked to escalate the complaint she said that she can't connect me to any one, Very chaotic
By the way i tried to follow up on my complaint but in vain apparently no one cares. Also they don't send a text notification when the results are out and you have to go there to pick up the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked an appointment to take a PCR test at 2pm. However, it was a very bad experience since they don’t know how to organize appointments.
They make you write your name on a list, and you had to wait for the security to call your name which took a lot of time where it passes my appointment time (2pm)
I took some time off from my work just to come and get this done, but I had to wait and cancel a lot of important meetings because of this bad organizing.
I don’t recommend this place at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use this lab, I paid for my PCR online to get my results within 12 hours then next day when I went to do my test they said results will take 24 hours, so I had to go do my test somewhere else, when I asked for refund they gave me an email to send my issue to with amount of money paid and never got a response ever. I emailed twice and went to the lab to talk In Person, inwhich they also gave me other excuses and told me to come again on later date. The Moe t isn’t worth all of this and that’s exactly thier game. I will check with them eveytime I’m in the area but I will never use them ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The testing and report issuing staff were really nice. BUT after entering into the facility, you are totally lost as where to go. There are no signs and guidance and place is very congested to accommodate so many people. There is no ticketing system so people were just crowding towards the desks. Only one person was available to handle customer data and he really tried to be nice. Overall a bad experience as you may end up 1-2 hours of waste of time. Security staff was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was too busy talking on her phone and there were a few of us waiting for her while she finished. I went early so there was not a lot of people, but I see what everyone else is saying about the lack of organisation and clarity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a 24x7 lab working for RT-PCR. Security guard and the lab technician was very cooperative. Especially security, apart from language he tried effectively explaining everything for test. Its bid expensive than others but its okay, if u get good n quick service.
