★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 card is given even if 4/5 guests are staying per room which is ridiculous. Also the Arab man behind the desk is rude, lazy and obnoxious. Also only 1 side of lifts work on floor M. The card and the terrible service let it down despite it's decent location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good value for money deal. The place is crowded with zero respect for others privacy, sleeping hours or cleanliness. We stayed 4 nights and house keeping visited only once. We kept on asking for toilet papers and other essentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth 1 star, disgustingly dirty, floors hasn’t been mopped for years, housekeeping staff don’t want to work, they walk around all day doing nothing. Complained to the hotel manager, he sent a ‘sms’ to housekeeping staff to clean. 8 hours later no sign of housekeeping. Toilet and sink was blocked when we checked in, maintenance staff didn’t arrive till next morning. Just sleep on street if you are thinking of booking this hotel, at least you will get better air circulation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is accessible from the Masjid Nabawi. The lobby, WiFi, and any other room facilities were pretty good, reasonable for typical 3-starred hotel in KSA. But unfortunately, my family and I got an absolutely rude attitude from a staff when we were preparing our baggages just before checking out.
The staff knocked our room door frequently with a loud voice, asking for the baggages to be put outside the room. We should put all the baggages at 10 am, but sice 08.30 to 10 am, he annoyed us 3x with such terrible attitude.
Fortunately, its facilities and accessibility made the hotel deserves for 2 stars (I would like to rate 3 stars if I got no such bad experience).

Only lobby look great other then that rooms are filthy,mistress are rubbish,and bedsheets and quilt covers are rubbish too.
Reception staff are very rude, if you have paid in advance they will make you wait for hours.
They will come with excuses, you name it,main commonly Is room not ready yet.even you checked in at 5pm
I've stayed in room no 207,
You walk in the room toilet is disgusting,and old broken furniture will welcome you.ive paid for 7 nights but decided to move after4 night.ill boy recomend this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best things in this hotel is location very near ti Haram , affordable and restaurants, market free parking also very close. Just behind the one lane of buildings there is an underpass.
Free and paid parking other side of road.
Haram boundary gate 15, 16, 17 and 18 easy to access with in 2 mints walking.
The worst thing is smelling in washrooms .
For one day stay this hotel is suitable but for more than two days i will not recommend this option.
Hotel parking also paid so its better drop your family or friends near hotel and parking on other side of road .
