استأجرت سياره من فرعهم في مطار جده لمدة يومين قبل حوالي سنتين، ورجعتها لهم بنفس الفرع وتم استلام رساله بإلغاء تفويض القياده ودفعت لهم كاش قيمة اجار السياره، تفاجأت بعد هذه المده الطويله انهم يتصلون علي ويطالبوني بالدفع مره ثانيه!!! حسب كلام الشخص اللي كلمني منهم يقول ان السيستم مهو مبين اني مسدد قيمة العقد!! مع اني مسدد كاش ذيك الايام واستلمت رساله بإلغاء التفويض فهل يعقل يلغون التفويض وهم ماستلموا سيارتهم وفلوسهم؟؟؟؟ حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله،،

للاسف الشديد تواصل هذه الشركه اثبات انهم الاسوء، فبعد كتابة الريفيو اعلاه تواصلوا معي على الواتس اب ووعدوا بحل الموضوع، ومن ذاك اليوم ماحصل اي شي رغم متابعاتي المستمره معهم بدون رد من نفس الرقم اللي تواصلوا معي منه!!! والى الان يرسلون لي رسائل يطالبون بتسديد المُستحق (كما يدّعون) والمشكله معلقه والاداره آخر طناش.

I rented a car from their branch at Jeddah Airport for two days about two years ago, and I returned it to them in the same branch and a message was received to cancel the driving authorization and I paid them cash for the rent of the car, I was surprised after this long period that they call me and ask me to pay again!!! According to the words of the person who spoke to me from them, he says that the system is not clear that I have paid the value of the contract!! Although I paid the cash for those days and received a message canceling the authorization, is it possible that they cancel the authorization while they did not receive their car and their money???? God suffices me, and He is the best agent in them, and there is no might or power except with God.

Unfortunately, this company continues to prove that they are the worst. After writing the above review, they contacted me on WhatsApp and promised to solve the issue, and from that day nothing happened despite my continuous follow-up with them without a response from the same number from which they contacted me!!! So far, they send me messages demanding payment of the due (as they claim) and the problem is pending and the administration is a last resort.
God suffices me, and He is the best agent, and there is no might nor power except with God
