Very excellent apartments with renovations, and their prices in comparison are excellent, and their reception is wonderful, whether Saudis or foreigners, especially Abdo Al-Masry, may God have mercy on his reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت نظافه الغرفه جيدة و نظافة الحمام اقل من متوسط و حجم الثلاجه كويس مو صغيره مره و الغلايه نظيفه بس الاثاث شوي قديم لكن اللي عجبني فيه اكثر شي ان في جلسه تحت بسيطه للي حاب يغير من جو الغرفه معها خدمه شاي او قهوه بس طبعا مو كافيه محترم و كمان في حوش طويل يقدرون يلعبون فيه العيال دراجه او كوره لانه امن و كمان تحته بقاله كبيره و محل كماليات بس للامانه تقييم الفندق بالنسبه للسعر يعتبر جدا كووويس
و بليز اذا استفدتم من تعليقي ارجو انكم تحطون لايك ?
The cleanliness of the room was good, the cleanliness of the bathroom was less than average, and the size of the refrigerator was good, not small once, and the boiler was clean, but the furniture was old, but what I liked the most is that in a simple underground session for me who would like to change the atmosphere of the room with it, tea or coffee service, but of course it is not enough Respectful, and also in a long house where children can play a bike or a ball because it is safe, and under it there is a large grocery and a place of luxuries, but for the sake of safety, the hotel’s rating for the price is very good.

- السعر
- الموقع يتوفر فيه كل ماتحتاجه (مطاعم، بقالات، حلاقين)
- غرف النوم نظيفه
السلبيات:
- دورات المياه أبوابها متهالكه ولايوجد بها أقفال وصنابير المغاسل مكسّره.
- خدمة الغرف من أسوأ ماقد تراه، اتصلت عليهم 3 مرات أطلب مرتبه إضافيه وفي كل إتصال يشعرني أن العامل سيأتي حالاً ولم يأتِ حتى لحظة مغادرتي! .. نفس الأمر تكرر مع عامل المغسله مما اضطرني أن أذهب لِـ كي ملابسي بنفسي رغم أنهم تتوفر لديهم هذه الخدمه!
الخلاصه:
اذا اردت سكن اقتصادي في موقع مخدوم ستناسبك اما اذا كنت ممن يهتم لخدمة الغرف والفخامه فلا أنصحك أبداً.
Positives:
- price
- The site has everything you need (restaurants, grocery stores, hairdressers)
Bedrooms are clean
Negatives:
Bathrooms have worn out doors and no locks and sinks taps broken.
Room service is one of the worst you can see. I called them 3 times to ask for an extra salary and every call made me feel that the worker would come immediately and he did not come until the moment I left! .. The same thing happened with the laundry operator, which forced me to go to iron my clothes myself even though they have this service!
Conclusion:
If you want affordable housing in a serviced location, it will suit you. But if you are interested in room service and luxury, I do not advise you at all.

And the price compared to others is excellent
Room and hall for 170 riyals
Two rooms and a hall for 220 riyals
