★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely beautiful. Great amenities, clean, and such a peaceful ambiance. The staff are wonderfully accommodating. I was even surprised at the array of classes they provide for their residents. They currently have Judo, piano, guitar, and Salsa classes. I had the opportunity to observe their Salsa class. I felt I was transported to another country. The vibe was fun and all smiles! Great job to the staff and management. This place definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

The property management team gives outstanding hospitality and service. The maintenance team is quick to respond and trustworthy. The neighbors are courteous and clean as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in La Terraza for almost a year now together with my family. It is a great palace, the Appartment is big and well designed and the furniture and fixtures are good quality. All the facilities Including the indoor heated swimming pool, the gym, the children play room and the games room and clean and well maintained. There is a great mixture of expat tenants and the landlord hosts several gatherings in the beautiful terrace where we all meet. All the staff are very helpful including the owner who always helps us and all Maintainance issues are solved immediately.
