الشقق لا تقبل إلا كاش فقط وهذا مخالف لتوجيهات وزارة التجارة ، يبدوا أن هناك تهرب من دفع الضرائب الدولة بالرغم من حساب الضريبة على الزبون و أيضاً لا تخلو من شبهة تستر تجاري مع الجالية اليمنية.
