★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room consists of one bed, and that's all. No chair, no table, no sofa, no luggage rack. Bathroom is 3 feet by 4 feet probably, half of it is wash basin, other half WC. Dont know how architect imagined we can take a shower. Breakfast only arabic bread , no toast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one the worst place to stay in Olaya. The cleaning staff itself confessed that they do not clean the rooms or towels for new guests. They do not have daily cleaning service, I used to beg them to do it. Breakfast is the same food everyday. The kitchen staff just wipes the used plate, spoons and forks and places them back for the next guest to use. I stopped eating after that. I have never been so relieved to check out of this hotel.
They are just milking the muhaidib brand. My advice is to run as far you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -First of all, the address provided was wrong so I had to spend around 40 minutes call multiple Almuhaidb places in the area with similar names to figure out where my booking is!
- The Egyptian receptionist was unwelcoming the being in the Eid occasion.
- I was first given a smoking room even though I informed them I have kids, so I asked for a room change.
-Rooms are particularly small, even after I upgraded to a bigger 2 adults room for a fee. It was so small that u could barely turn around in one place or use ironing plate.
