★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تمت الإقامة في هذه الشقق مرتين، هذه الشقق بدون اسم، وتفتح على الشارع الخلفي وليس شارع التخصصي.
تمتاز بأنها تعد حديثة حيث تم افتتاحها قبيل شهر رمضان لعام ٢٠٢٠، الأثاث جديد وتتوفر جميع الشقق بغرفتين ومطبخ وصالة وحمامين، لكن لا بد من الإطلاع على شقه قبل توقيع العقد، لأن كل شقة لها تصميمها الخاص. والأسعار بشكل عام مناسبة
أما من ناحية العيوب، فالشقق لا يوجد بها مصعد فقط درج، كما أنها لا تبدو أنه كان تصميم المبنى ليتم استخدامه كشقق مفروشة، وهذا أيضا ملاحظ على تصميم الشقق حيث أنها غير مرتبة. يحدث أحيانا أن تسمع بعض الأصوات من الشقق المجاورة أو بعض روائح الطبخ.
بشكل عام أنصح به للإقامة القليلة أو لأصحاب الميزانيات المحدودة، نظرا لأنه يقع في موقع جيد بمدينة الرياض
 We stayed in these apartments twice. These apartments are anonymous, and open to the back street, not to Takhassusi Street.
It has the advantage of being modern as it was opened prior to Ramadan in 2020, the furniture is new and all apartments are available with two rooms, a kitchen, a hall and two bathrooms, but an apartment must be viewed before signing the contract, because each apartment has its own design. And the prices are generally adequate
As for the defects, the apartments do not have an elevator, only a staircase, and it does not seem that the building was designed to be used as furnished apartments, and this is also noticeable on the design of the apartments as they are not arranged. Sometimes it happens that you hear some sounds from the neighboring apartments or some cooking smells.
In general I would recommend it for small stays or for those with limited budgets, as it is well located in Riyadh
