★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما انصح صراحة … طلبت من الموظف ( يمسك ) لي حجز يعني حجز مبدئي في السستم فقط قام قص التذاكر بدون ما يرجع لي حتى وكان يتحجج بأنه حتى لو مسكها لازم ساعتين وتنقص لإن وقت الرحلة قريب وكنت مضطر اخذها عاد لإنه ما فيه ما حجوزات كثير وقتها بس استغربت منه انه قص التذكرة ولا شاورني ولولا إن فيه ضغط حجوزات وما لقيت حجز انسب منه كان كنسلت وخليته هو يدفعها?

He just cut the tickets without returning to me, even and he was arguing that even if he caught it, it would take two hours and less because the flight time was close and I had to take it back because there are not many reservations at that time But I was surprised by him that he cut the ticket and did not consult me, and if it wasn't for the pressure of reservations, and I didn't find a more suitable reservation than him, it would have been like Nestle and I let him pay it ?
