★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يقع على شارع خالد بن الوليد في حي الروضة شرق الرياض بجوار حاشي باشا مكتب صغير جدًا لكنه كبير جدًا بالعاملين فيه احدهما مصري يدعى حسام والآخر هندي يدعى رءوف متفانين ومخلصين في عملهما ومتعاونين جدا مع العملاء وأخص بالذكر الهندي عبدالرؤوف حيث حدث لي معه موقفين
الأول كان عندي حجز على الخطوط المغربية وفي العودة قامت الخطوط المغربية بالغاء الرحلة بسبب الجائحة وقام الاخ عبدالرؤوف بجهود جبارة وتواصل دائم معهم من اجل إقناع الخطوط المغربية بنقل حجزي على ناقل آخر (الخطوط السعوديه ) حيث أن كلاهما اعضاء تحالف سكاي تيم وبينهما تعاون ولم أدفع اي رسوم او مبالغ اضافية.
It is located on Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed Street in the Al-Rawda neighborhood, east of Riyadh, next to Hashi Pasha. It has a very small office, but it is very large, with two employees, one of whom is an Egyptian called Hossam and the other is an Indian called Raouf.
The first was I had a reservation on Moroccan Airlines, and on the return, Moroccan Airlines canceled the flight due to the pandemic. Brother Abdel Raouf made great efforts and communicated with them in order to convince Moroccan Airlines to transfer my reservation to another carrier (Saudi Arabian Airlines), as both of them are members of the SkyTeam alliance and between them cooperated and I did not pay any Fees or additional amounts.
