★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تجربة مع هذا المكتب لن تكرر ولا انصح به .. جلست جوازاتي عندهم 22 يوم ولم يعملو لها تاشيرة بالرغم اتفاقي معهم اسبوعين ولكن للاسف وضعت ثقتي فيهم وحجزت طيران و فنادق والحين سفارة البوسنة تغفلت ولا تستقبل تاشيرات وخسارتنا كبيرة كونا عائلة .. لذا انصح لا تعطيهم جوازتك لانهم غير مضمونين والله ع ما اقول شهيد .
