★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئين جدا، السيارات وسخة حتى الجديد منها و الموظفين إهمال و تقصير و عدم احترافية في اداء العمل. يدخنون بالمكتب و احدهم ترك المحل لاجابة اتصال هاتفي خاص؛ لا يوجد اي احترام للزبائن. شخصيا اخر مرة استأجر منهم.
 Very bad, cars are dirty even new ones and employees neglect, shorten and unprofessional work performance. They smoke in the office and one of them leaves the shop to answer a special phone call; there is no respect for customers. Personally the last time I hired them.

الموظف ابن حلال لكن ما عدا ذلك سيء
لا تستاجر سيارة الا اذا تأكدت انها نظيفة أو الله يعينك
The shop is bad and I took a rotten car unfortunately
The employee is Ibn Halal but other than that is bad
Do not rent a car unless you are certain that it is clean or may God help you

It was excellent in the beginning, and the payment was made to him in two installments..but their dates are not always correct

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience, i took Hyundai H1 for rent on February 17th which he told if 1 day it will be 400 sar and if 2 days he will give for 300 per day as rent,, i took for 1 days starting from 17th feb 9:43 PM,, i returned car on next day 18th feb at 9:40 pm which he refused to accept,, he told he cannot accept as the system is closed,, even at the same time i was there in office other customers were taking cars for rent. his computer was open until 10:00 pm,, he told me to bring it next day by saying system is closed,, i begged him to take the car as i returned it within 24 hours,, but he refused
