★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visit their , the black fat lady in counter, is very rude and bad behavior!! She said doctor not available in general ward at 9:30 pm , when doctor is available.very rude and unsupported behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly Abeer has the worst management ever, I have never seen a hospital so disorganized and so disoriented.
Having to go back and forth between the doctor and the reception is the awful
First you take an appointment for the doctor, the doctor says you need insurance approval so again you go out and get in a line for insurance approval, then again you wait for the turn at the doctor and then again the doctor writes something for medicine the. Again insurance.
For blood test you can't get a receipt for blood test without doctors approval so you wait for your turn at the doctor's you get approval, then again the reception the you again with again at the bloodtest counter and they don't even give you the report unless THE DOCTOR SAYS SO. So you go back to the doctor gain while waiting for your turn!!
I hate every moment spent at Abeer , it's just so frustrating and just tiring as a paitent. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ABEER TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with this medical center located in Azezia. During covid I plan to go to Pakistan and I went there for PCR, they told me the report will be prepare after 24 hour when I went there to collect my report it was not prepared. so I waited there almost 9 hour and I had to catch my flight. it was extreme challenging but alhamdulillah I got my flight. It was a terrible experience with them the staff was highly incompetent.

Very disappointed with dr behavior and the systems she follows to consult the patient.
This is my last visit to this clinic, good by forever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is not clean as in the picture. The staff are very lazy. Reception has crowd always and you will find them working very slow. Doctors are more lazy than reception. Nursing service supplied with unexperienced staff where one prompt Lady is working with other lazy staff. The worse come worse are Pharmacy, one guy is working rest are sitting idle with huge line que. My recommendations with big NO to this facility only if you don't have any other options but area is full of other clinic in the neighborhood.
Some days after I visited the hospital again and experience was worse than before, there was no bed available for male patients, we stayed 45 min line each time we went to reception, so if you have plenty of time go and spend there. I planned to make a complaint about the ministry of health but it's service related so leave it for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good but pharmacy never has the medicine in stock!! It has happened more than 5 times that I've gone and the pharmacist said that they do not have the medicine! Also the service is very slow so if you are in a rush then don't buy from the pharmacy.

then wait for 25 mints medical store
then he said you need approvel for your medicine to refer other pharmacy
then i have to wait their for 40 mints because around 19 people was their in the line
