Previously, a bad experience with unprofessional urologists.
Another time, I was treating my 2 yrs son with a pediatrician for many days, due to continuous diarrhea, she could not identify the problem. When my son was about to die, alhamdulillah I heard about Dr. Karimuddin in New Jeddah hospital. Immediately, he admitted and identified sooner that it was Rotavirus. Just with a single dose of medicine, problem got controlled. alhamdulillah. At that time I was new to Jeddah. Later times I used to wonder about Abeer, although they couldn't find the problem, why couldn't they recommend some good doctor/hospital to consult for the sake of saving the child :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management and terribly understaffed including their pharmacy, hospital only functioning due to 2/3 known doctors. Extremely lazy staff. No concept of emergency services. It takes 3/4 hours just for general physician check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very famous clinics in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia for lower middle class people as the consultation fee is less compared other hospitals. All major health insurance are accepted. Very well qualified Indian and Pakistani doctors are available from general physicians to general surgeon, ENT, DENTAL, skin specialists, etc. The only issue is waiting period for labs. We need more staff and more quicker service.

Dr. Farzana must learn etiquette, she is rude and very bad behaviour.
People coming in the night time due to some health issues.

Lost staff. They don't know what they are doing.
No professionalism, No ethics, Rude and arrogant behavior.
No crowd management, no guidance....
They're Money making Company not a health service provider.
I hope MOH and their management take severe actions against them to atleast train their staff.
