★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تبع العبير مختبرهم بس يسحب دم ويرسل العينات يعني التحليل اللي ياخذ نص ساعة وقت ويطلع عندهم تنتظر اليوم الثاني عشان تطلع النتيجة!!
لكن قريب منه مجمع الحنان مختبرهم أفضل عندهم التحليل ف نفس المختبر وأسعارة مناسبة

الدكتورة مريم شاطرة و صبوره ع المرضى
خدمات المختبر سيئة جداً
من وقت ما اخذوا العينه و يدهم الثقيلة الى ان ارسلوا العينة لمختبر العبير و ظهرت النتيجه بعد يومين
The reception staff are amazing and very helpful
Dr. Maryam is clever and patient with patients
The lab services are very bad
From the time they took the sample with their heavy hand until they sent the sample to the aroma lab, and the result appeared two days later

هذا الكلام الساعة 8 ونص يعني وقت عمل و كانت حرارتي مرتفعه .
وفتحت الموظفة فطورها وتاكل وانا انتظر وتعزم كمان حق الامن وتبغاني انتظر
والممرضة كانت قاسية فتعاملها
ولما وقفت انتظر يخدموني فالسكليف كل وحده ترميني عالثانية وانا مسخنه تعبانه ورحت الصيدلية ورجعت ولسه يكملون سواليف
ومافي احترام ولباقة فالعمل
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
حسنوا خدمتكم ولاقفلوا احسلكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بالأول كانت اختى عند دكتورة الاسنان وخبصتها تخبيص وقلنا مانروحه، بعدها شفنا مدح لدكتور الباطنه النجار قلنا نجرب ، بالبداية طلب تحاليل زايده للوالد مع انه مايشتكي بس قلنا يلا الواحد يتطمن بالنهاية سوا التحليل ثاني يتاكد وقاله مافي شي ...... وعديناها، المرة الثانية الوالدة كانت لسه سوت تحليل وظايف الكلى وماوصفلها شي ، بعد فترة الوالدة تحس بكتمة ماتقدر تتنفس رحناله قلها شكلو من الظغط حتى مارفع سماعه يسمع اش فيها يادوب احنا طلبنا تخطيط قلب قال ع كيفكم!!!!!!!! طب اسمع قلبها شوف ماله وكتبلها دوا ضغط ثاااالث ، ولا حتى سوالها أكسجين وهي مو قادرة تتنفس ، لما رحنا مستشفى ثاني حطو السماعه وقالو في موية بالرئه ولازم ايكو عشان يعرفو السبب يا من القلب او من الكلى ،، يعني هو كيف تركها تخرج من المستشفى وذي حالتها مكتومه!!! غير كذا هو كيف شاف التحاليل وماعرف ان وظايف الكلى عاليه!!! حسبي الله على كل متهاون ومايدور الا الفلوس
