★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف مكان زحمه ولا يوجد مواقف كافيه للعملاء وبعض الموظفين ليس لديهم اي خبره بمنتجات زين وليس لهم معرفه بما يقدمونه للعملاء واخلاقهم سيئه وتعامل قاسي للعملاء وبطيئين جدا للغاية ويوجد به حارس الامن محترم جدا وعنده لباقه واسلوب ممتاز ومحترم جدا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع نظيف و كبير و واسع و الخدمة حلوة و الصباح افضل وقت تروحه و قسم العوائل خدمته سريعة لكن المساء زحمة فتصير الخدمة جدا بطيئة فالحل يا تروح الصباح او تروح المساء مع اهلك عشان يخدموك اسرع.

قالوا بالمركز الرئيسي يعني الطائف لا يعتبر لديه مركز لشركة زين سؤال يطرح نفسه لماذ التهاون بمدينة كالطائف لايوجد فيه مركز رئيسي لشركة مثل زين الف علامة استفهام حول جدوى قرار زين بخصوص هذا الأمر؟؟؟؟؟!!!!!!
اتمنا ان يعاد أن يصبح بالطائف مراكز رئيسية وليس مركز واحد كشركة الاتصالات السعودية STc
