★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immediately after the last evening prayer which ends at 8:00 pm, I had visited this place. As usual, a coupon was given to me, which is the procedure of this service provider, that showed there were 40 people prior to me. I had to wait for nearly 3 hours before my number came. Very slow service and a couple of staff were actually working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to greet SIM card there as I was spending my 2 weeks vacation in Saudi, first he told my that my ID is not enough although I'm a Bahraini and that I need to get my passport or go to another branch - which he repeated 3 times - and i didn't know what difference will it make, then when I came the next day with my passport he said it's not possible after he spent 5 minutes typing on his pc, my experience was one of the worst I had with SIM card company, dispute the fact that Zain Bahrain is the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general, I think Zain has better network coverage but their customer service with respect to their technical ability or their technical staff is out of order for they don't understand the issues at the first place and then they don't care about the complains since they don't provide any solution whenever I had any issue with them.
