★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فصلت عندهم ثوب واخطو بالتفصيل طلبت تعديل ورفضو كلمت الادارة وبرضو رفضو بحجة ان خياطهم واللي ياخذ المقاسات مايخطي والخطأ مايجي الا من الزبون
 I separated a dress for them and made a detail. I asked for an amendment, and they refused to speak to the administration, and they refused, on the pretext that their tailor and the one who takes the measurements does not make mistakes and the error only comes from the customer.

أقمشتهم سيئة جدا، من أول غسلتين بتشوف الفرق.
Don't expect any respect for you as a customer.
Their fabrics are really bad, from the first two washes you can see the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ خياط فصلت عنده. خسرت اكثر من ١٠٠٠ ريال، جبت لهم أقمشة وخربوها. التطريز مشدود والجيب الأمامي مايل!!

تواصلت مع صاحب الحلال وكان سمح لكن طبعًا الكلام الحلو ما يعوض عن وقت الزبون ولا عن المبلغ اللي خسره.
الجميل بالموضوع أنهم معترفين بالخطأ لأن الخطأ أكبر من أنهم يتجاهلون (يعني ثلاث ثياب وكل ثوب بقماش مختلف ونفس المشكلة).
وللعلم أني ما جيتهم بوقت العيد ولا بوقت خصومات.

Worst tailor separated by him. I lost more than 1000 riyals, I bought them fabrics and they ruined them. The embroidery is taut and the front pocket is mile!!

I contacted the owner of the halal and he was allowed, but of course sweet talk does not compensate for the customer's time or the amount he lost.
The good thing about the matter is that they admit the mistake because the mistake is greater than that they ignore (meaning three clothes, each dress with a different fabric and the same problem).
And for the record, I didn't come to them at the time of the feast, nor the time of the discounts.

فصلت ثوب ملون وبعد اول غسله له الثوب انكمش وقصر مره مره …. ماعاد صار يستفاد منه ، للعلم الاقمشه من عندهم تجربه سيئة ولاينصح به ابدا . وخدمات مابعد البيع اسواء
