★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوء شركات التصنيع على الاطلاق من ناحية المماطلة والتأخير في التسليم ،، لذلك يجب اضافة شرط جزائي في العقد لتضمن حقك ( الاسم الحالي ال السلطان )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت منهم عمل دربزين استيل حوالي 16م وكان العقد شهر واتصلت عليهم بعد حوالي 22 يوم واخبروني ان الدربزين جاهز وهذا شي يشكرون عليه لكن المشكلة بموعد التركيب حيث انهم واعدوني للتركيب حوالي ثلاث او اربع مرات وكذبوا علي انتظرهم ولايأتون واذا اتصلت على الأخ المصري اجد عدم مبلاة ثم كلمت الأدارة بالرياض اخ مصري آخر وكذلك وجدت منه عدم مبلاة ،، ثم كلمت صاحب الشركة القحطاني وزانت اموري وتم انها التركيب بعد نهاية العقد بثلاث ايام ،، اما جودة العمل فيبدوا لي انها جيدة وانا لااملك الخبرة لكي احكم بشكل قاطع.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحة واقسم بالله انني صادق فيما اقول الي يبي فلوسه لايقرب لهم وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم شركةيديرهاعمالةمصريةلايخافون الله واولهم الشايب المصري الي بالمحل يجيك ياخذالامتار والدفعةالاولى وبعدها اتحداك تشوفه ثاني مره كل شوي يتصل يقولك سدد علشان نركب الدربزين وبعدماتسددالمبلغ كامل يرسلك عامل باكستاني جايبه من الشارع مع تاكسي ويجي يقولي ادفع حق السواق ويقولي اول مرة بحياتي اصبغ دربزين الله لايوفقهم جلست تخيلو ٣شهور واقسم بالله اني رحت ادفع من جيبي واعطي الباكستاني يشتري مواد اصلية علشان بس اخلص من السالفةمع ان مكتوب بالعقدالمدة٤٥يوم وكل شي عليهم وياليته جاني على نفس ماطلبت لاوالله لكن الشكوى لله عانيت منهم والله وفي رمضان بعد مايجيك الدهان الى مع التراويح ولايروح الى الفجر لاصلينا تراويح ولاتسحرنا مع اهالينا والمصري عايش جوه ?

نصيحة مني كا مجرب وانا مسؤول امام الله عن كلامي
كانت تجربه متعبه للاسف وعدم الالتزام بالمواعيد والمماطلة
وحتى بعد التركيب بمدة اسبوع واحد فقط حصلت خلل في احد الابواب وعند التواصل معهم لم يلتزموا بالضمان
مع العلم كان التعامل غير والكلام ممتاز ولاكن بعد استلام المبلغ تغير كل شي
1- مماطله
2- عدم الرد ولاتعرف مع مين تتواصل
3- الجودة (اسبوع واحد فقط من تركيب الابواب حدث خلل)
4- عدم الالتزام بالضمان
5- ماتعرف مين تقابل او من المدير عكس البداية
كان المصري اللي بالمحل يقول ( الضمان من عندي علطول ،، والمواعيد بالتمام )
عند حدوث التاخير والمشكله لم يلتزم بكلامه
تجربه سيئة جداً جداً للاسف

Knowing that the transaction was not and the speech was excellent, but after receiving the amount, everything changed
1- Procrastinating
2- Not responding and don't know who you are communicating with
3- Quality (only one week after installing the doors, a defect occurred)
4- Non-compliance with warranty
5- You don't know who you met or who the manager is from the beginning
The Egyptian in the shop was saying (the warranty is from me, and the appointments are exact)
When the delay occurred and the problem did not stick to his words
A very very bad experience, unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحه من اخ ومحب لكم ابعدو عن هالشركه تجربتي معهم لتركيب ابواب ودربزين وبمبلغ كبير بدت من 2/8/2021 واخذو نص المبلغ دفعه اولى وبيتي كان جاهز للتركيب 15/9/2021 ومن بعدها مواعيد كلها كذب ونصب ومماطلات مع اني دفعت لهم كامل المبلغ بس شركة قائمه على النصب والاحتيال امس خلصو شغلهم معي بعد مماطله شهوور فالله لايوفقهم ولا يحللهم.
من 2/8/2021 الي 19/4/2022
Advice from a brother and lover to you, stay away from this company. My experience with them to install doors and handrails for a large amount started from 2/8/2021, and they took half of the amount as a down payment and my house was ready for installation on 9/15/2021, and then dates were all lies, swindling and procrastination, even though I paid them the full amount only A company based on fraud. Yesterday they finished their job with me after procrastinating for months, as God does not guide them or analyze them.
