١. تاخرت الرحلة، والرحلة دولية ووصلهم ايميل ولكن م بلغوني .
٢. حجزو لي مع خطوط اخرى علما ان المبلغ مسترجع بسبب ظروف كرونا ولم يبلغوني بان الدخول من هذه الدولة كان ممنوع بحكم انها دولة موبوءة ولا عرفت الا عن طريق مكتب الخطوط وحجزو لي من اجل المبلغ.
٣. الان عندي حجز والتعديل عليه والاسترجاع مجانا ولكن الخطوط بلغتني انها على حسب المكتب والواجب انه يرجعها، علما انه يستطيع الاسترجاع ولكنهم رفضوا.
والله ان النجمة كثييييير عليهم انصح بعدم التعامل????
Worst office you can deal with,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سبب تقيمي له حجزت طيران ع فلاي دبي من ابها لدبي والا ماليزيا انتظار ٧ ساعات فمطار دبي وحجز لي فنادق ع مزاج المصري فمكتب الزهير الاقامه ١٥ يوم الطيران الداخلي فماليزيا ٣ رحلات كنسلت ٢ و ذهبت برحله فقط من كوالا مبور الا لنكاوي اسعار الفنادق معقوله فماليزيا وف مكتب الزهير مبالغ فيه الي ب٤٠٠ يحسبه ب٦٠٠ اول تجربه واخر تجربه معه لو حجزت بنفسي طيران وسكن اوفر ٧٠٠٠ آلاف
