★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته جميع مكاتب الفرسان في ابها والخميس مغلقه ولا يعمل فيها احد وهذا الشئ غير مرضي خصوصا لمن لديهم اركابات حكومية صدرت من هذه الوكالة . وعند الاتصال بهم في الرياض يفيدون بأن لديهم موظف اسمه نايف الشهراني سوف يقوم بخدمة من يريد تعديل او اصدار تذاكر وعند الاتصال به لا احد يجيب وليس له مكان محدد اتمنى ان يتم تقديم خدمة افضل مما هي عليه الان وشكرا.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. All Al Fursan offices in Abha and Thursday are closed and no one works in them. This is not satisfactory, especially for those who have government rides issued by this agency. When contacting them in Riyadh, they report that they have an employee named Nayef Al-Shahrani who will serve those who want to amend or issue tickets and when contacted, no one answers and he has no specific place.
