★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة العملاء اسواء مايكون جيت بغير قطعه قلت لها ي قلبي (مع العلم اني بنت زيها) تروح تقول ليا خير ايش تبغي؟! واسلوبها تغطرس اوك كلنا موظفين ومضغوطين بس نحترم العملاء جد جد اسواء فرع تعاملت معاهم غير هجمية الناس قالبين المكان فوضى وحوسه الله يعين الي ترتب بس ام اخلاق سيئة وممسكينها وجه للعملاء ذي تقهر
 Customer service is worse, if you don't come without a piece. I told her in my heart (knowing that I am a girl like her) she goes and says to me, what do you want?! And her style is arrogant. Ok, we are all employees and pressured, but we respect customers very much. The worst branch I dealt with is non-attack. People make the place a mess and God’s senses help me to arrange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ احب فرع مكه اكثر من الفروع الثانيه لكن المعرض جدا جدا قديم مقارنه بالمعارض الثانيه يعني هذا الفرع الوحيد فمكه ليش مايتجدد !!! الموظفين ماقدر اقول كلهم ممتازين لاني اتعامل مع ثنتين في القسم النسائي من 3 سنين اذا مو موجودين اطلع لان لما جربت غيرهم يرسلوني على بعض والمحاسبين في القسم النسائي افضل لان قسم الاطفال يحاسبون بالمزاج وكثير يودون الحساب القسم النسائي ياليت لو فيه مسؤول ينتبه لهذي النقاط وبالعموم زارا فرع مكه الموظفين افضل من الطائف ماتلاقي احد يخدمك وجده اخلاقهم فخنافيرهم
I like the Makkah branch more than the other branches, but the exhibition is very, very old compared to the other exhibitions. This is the only branch in Makkah, why is it not renewed!!! The staff, I can’t say all of them are excellent, because I have been dealing with two women in the women’s department for 3 years. If they are not present, see because when I tried others, they send me to some, and the accountants in the women’s department are better, because the children’s department is held accountable by mood and many would like an account. Makkah branch, the staff is better than Taif
