قبل شوي كنت فيه جات زبونه ملخبطه بعرض قطعه وتحسب معاها قطعه مجانا جلسو يضحكو عليها العاملات استهتار كن المحل محلهم

تعامل الموظفات سيئ بالاضافه انهم باردين ويردوا بنفسية ومكشرين وانتظر بالحساب كاشير واحد والموظفات ماعندهم شئ يلفوا بالمحل واسالهم فيه كاشير ثاني مايردوا خليت الاشياء اللى كنت بشتريها وخرجت مررره التعامل زفت حتى النجمه مايستاهلوها

طلبت من المتجر اون لاين ورحت لفرع مكه مول ابدل القطع بتوجيه من خدمة العملاء اللي مايعرفو اصلا فروعهم ايش متوفر فيها.. قالت الموظفه مافي قسم اطفال وتسال الموظفه اللي معاها عن الفرع اللي فيه اطفال بجده تهز راسها ماتتكلم وتطلع اصوات غريبه من فمها ماني عارفه ايش قلة الذوق اللي في موظفينكم وارسل ايميل محد يرد اتواصلت عن طريق الواتس بعد 4 ساعات من الساعه 10 ص يرد علي الموظف يسال اي فرع و اي متجر تبغي ? وارجع ارسل محد يرد واتصل برقم خدمة العملاء مايرن يفصل الخط والشات مغلق رغم انه الدوام ينتهي الساعه 8 pm يعني القطع تجلس 15 يوم وبعدها يقولو ما نرجعها ولا المطلوب اني انزل جده ألف على كل الفروع عشان اعرف الفرع اللي متوفر فيه قسم الاطفال وخدمة العملاء راسلتهم عن طريق الايميل ترد علي وحده كإنها تتفضل عليا احنا وضحنا ورسلنا ومانعرف الفروع اللي فيها قسم اطفال لما نعرف نرد عليكي في اقرب وقت. يتكلمو من فوق اخشامهم كانهم اعطوني القطع مجانا . لا انهم موضحين في التطبيق الفروع اللي فيها قسم اطفال ولا انهم يتجاوبو مع العملاء ما اعرف ايش الحال ذا اللي انتو فيه .. ان شاء الله اخر تعامل مع المتجر الغريب هذا?
