★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تجربه يقفل قبل الموعد ب 40 دقيقه ليه كاتب يقفل 10 وهو من الساعه 9 و شوي قفل يعني قبل 40 دقيقه تقريبا مقفل ولا وانا جاي من بعيد حول 14 كيلو عشان اخذ الشحنه ....حتى نجمه ما تستاهلو

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الشركة في نزول كبير في المستوى الخاص بالخدمه حيث ان الأسعار زادت بشكل ملحوظ اضافة الى وضع شروط خاصه على الشحنات انا كنت عميل عندهم منذ عام ٢٠١١ وكانت الشركة فوق الرائعة ويوجد تعاون كبير بخصوص الشحن ولكن للأسف حاليا ليست بالمستوى المطلوب خاصة ان السوق اصبح كبير ووجود منافسين كثر يصعب مسأله التميز اقتراح على إدارة الشركه بتغيير استراتيجية التعامل مع الزبائن لكسب العميل مجرد اقتراح ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت أتعامل مع شركة زاجل قبل أن يكون هناك توسغ في فروعهم ، أيام كلن لديهم فرع واحد في كل منطقة والآن ما شاء الله تبارك الرحمن عدد الفروع في تزايد ، كنت أتعامل مع شركة الشحن بشكل شبه يومي لإرسال عدد من الشحنات ، وكانت الأسعار مقبولة مقارنة بالخدمة المقدمة ، وكنت أنصح العاملين عليها بأنه لابد أن يكون هناك تميز في أمور كثير مثل ( الفروع - التغليف - طريقة إستقبال الطلبات …..إلى إلخ) ، وبعد إنقطاع فترة عدت لإرسال شحنات وتفاجأة بالنقلة النوعية ابتي تقدمها الشركة ، من جودة تغليف وفتح أكثر من فرع في المنطقة الواحده وإستقبال الموظفين وأمور كثيرة تغيرت بالسابق ، كما أنه لفت إنتباهي مضايقة الكثير في التعليقات بسبب الأسعار ، علماً بأن هذا سعر مميز مقارنة ببعض الشركات ، غير ذلك هذا أمر طبيعي بأن تتغير الأسعار مع تغير السوق ودخول الضرائب ومقابل الخدمات المقدمة من الشركة ، في الأخير أشكر شركة ( زاجل ) على النقلة النوعيه وعلى مواكبتها السوق ومتابعتها للمنافسين الخارجيين حتى تتقد نحو العالمية ، أتمنى لك يوم جميل ????

Finally, I would like to thank (Zajel) Company for the qualitative leap and for keeping pace with the market and following up on external competitors in order to move towards the world.
