★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service you will have. They do not deliver the order to your home, and usually there are few worker to serve you. Not to mention a very bad Saudization level. Unfortunately, we can not chose the carrier when we shopping using amazon. I never like their service here in Ar Rass. I have tried them many times in Riyadh, they was OK there, but here one star is too much for them. Have ever seen a post office that do not work on Friday???!!!
واحدة من أسوأ شركات النقل اللي ممكن تتعامل معها. ما يوصلون الطرد إلى المنزل، وعدد العمال عادة قليل، ونسبة سعودة تكاد تكون معدومة. للأسف إن بعض المواقع ما تعطيك خيار اختيار الناقل، لكن لو كان موجود بالتأكيد أرامكس ما راح يدخل ضمن القائمة بالنسبة لي بتاتًا. سبق أن جرتبهم في مدن أخرى كالرياض، وكانت خدمة جيدة، لكن خدمتهم بالرس أحسن وصف له هو (زبالة). والا فيه مكتب بريد ما يفتح يوم الجمعة ؟؟!!

One of the worst carriers you can deal with. They do not deliver the parcel to the house, the number of workers is usually few, and the Saudization rate is almost non-existent. Unfortunately, some sites do not give you the option to choose the carrier, but if there was definitely Aramex, it would not be on the list for me at all. I had previously tried them in other cities such as Riyadh, and it was a good service, but their service in Rass is the best description of it (garbage). Otherwise there is a post office that does not open on Friday??!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جدًا جدًا جداً و خصوصًا العامل الهندي الموجود فيه غير متعاون ابدا جيته قبل ما يسكر يقولي تعالي بعد الصلاه اقوله عطني شحنتي و بعدين سكر و رفض .. حسبي الله والنعم الوكيل كان بهالشهر الفضيل الواحد صايم و تعبان و يوصل لحد عندهم و يرفض انه يسلمك شحنتك بحجة الصلاه
