★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers care centers/ help disks service have become very laggy, boaring and seems many time just a time pass since all the expats are replaced by the locals.
Its not because they are Saudis but its because they are not committed to their work, while serving/provide service they behave like doing they are doing a big favor.
Kindly change you attitude, don't consider locals prior while serving them.
Totally disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again. 5 days with a new broken sim card. I make a complaint and they say we will reply in two days then they say it's working fine in our system. Repeat twice the same complaint and answer. I just switched after that to different provider.
