★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an office building, nothing much to say! Interior was getting very old, finally renovation has started but the one floor completed turns out to be a mixed blessing compared to what it was... open office galore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated offices, Only gripe is no place to wait in the lobby (at least not seating). Despite there's a cafe and ample space, I don't know no one thought of putting some seats there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We r using more then 2 years stc wifi now we have problem I go stc office the staff say go outside not our problem is that type of respect for coustumers in suddi arab or I tell that this is behaviour of stc staff for costumers no one try to listen our problem now more then 7 days we r not using wifi bocz of stc staff for what they taking salary only sitting in chair or check coustmers I never see that type of respect for costumer they tell me go now ww can't do any thing for ur wifi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STC building 1 has been renovated for time being since the new business building is yet to be ready. This place has multiple meeting rooms on the ground floor. You have two food cafes as well for food. On the reception you have multiple vending machines and one coffee shop. There is one healthy juice centre as well where you can have your diet juices. There is one counter where they occasionally display stc product of the month. They have kiosk to digitally print the I'd card as well. Nice place to work. Coffee for employees faculties also present at each floor. Enjoying working here.
