★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful & unfriendly staffs. Offered little assistance when needed. Once, i used the self-service machine to recharge my sim-card but the machine ran out of printing paper for the receipt despite the payment already approved so i couldnt top up my phone without the voucher code. Asked the staff for help but they said they are not responsible for it due to it being a self-service machine. The machine is inside the building?! Terrible attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place twice in last two days. First attempts turned out to be not so great as it was crowded and they asked me to come later. Next day I visited after fazr Salah and managed to get a new sim and recharge quite quickly. Overall it is managed well when you visit it in off peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unruly staff, won’t even answer basic questions and don’t want to help pilgrims at all. They treat customers like they are doing a big favor for them. Pathetic services. Would give 0 stars to their Saudi staff. Zain should replace them with better people who at least have the decency to talk properly.
