★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the people inthis branch is not friendly..,! im waiting for too long ,infact im the only costumer at that time, its happened today,.. i want to buy 160sr ,for 100gb for 1month, but after for long waiting ,he tell me the teller that im not allowed to buy ,just wait 3months to buy.?! what is that reason!!? stupi reason!!! cause the system failure...!!!! im so pist of and disappointed.!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should understand when people coming for buy a sim without tawalnah may be he came for open a tawalnah and he need to buy a sim then he will go for tawalnah,they dont listen anything and say you to go mobily its like people is working for zain and doing promotion for mobily really poor experience i where surprise when i said him i am a old zain costumer and i am unable to open my tawalnah cause my zain sim which have tawalnah i need same new number but they cant understand this small thing i hope they will help people ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it says 9am to 11pm but almost all the time they're closed. the worse thing about it is they also have employees inside but not letting anyone in. this branch should be closed or updated otherwise more and more people will suffer
