-جميع الشقق نظام غرفة وصاله ومطبخ صغير وحمام
-لا يوجد خدمة انترنت
-يوجد عامل نظافة لتنظيف الشقق في اي وقت مجانا
-المواقف السفليه مغلقة دايما ولا يوجد مواقف فقط اللي امام المبنى
-اغلب الشقق الشفاط حق الحمام خربان
