★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قد يكون الطاقم الطبي في قسم الاسنان ممتاز بناء على خبراتهم وشهاداتهم .. لكن التنسيق بينهم مفقود .. اردت تقييم حالة الاسنان و خطة العلاج .. دفعت تكاليف التقييم الكشف والاشعه لكن لم يقيموا الحاله في نفس اليوم لعدم وجود احد الاطباء اعطوني موعد بعد اسبوع عند الطبيب اطلع على حالتي .. طالبنا بان ادفع تكاليف الكشف من جديد واصر بطريقة عجيبه ! رغم ان الاستقبال اخبروه انني دفعت كل التكاليف !!!
 The medical staff in the dental department may be excellent based on their experiences and certificates.. but coordination between them is missing.. I wanted to evaluate the dental condition and the treatment plan.. I paid the evaluation costs for the examination and x-rays, but they did not evaluate the case on the same day because there was no doctor. They gave me an appointment after a week at The doctor looked at my condition.. We demanded that I pay the costs of the examination again and insisted in a strange way! Although the reception told him that I paid all the costs!!!

Dr. Hanouf and Dr. Hanan are of good reception and care for the patient and excellence in their field of identifying the disease and methods of treatment accurately, even in the smallest details

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يستاهل خمس نجوم .. تجربتي كانت مع الدكتور ادهم .. دكتور امين وشاطر .. وطاقم طبي مميز .. ومتعاون .. والاستقبال ولا ملاحظه اخلاق وتعامل راقي . سابقاً . اما الموجودين حالياً (استقبال ) سيئين وماحبيت تعاملهم .
He deserves five stars.. My experience was with Dr. Adham.. Dr. Amin and Shater.. Distinguished medical staff.. and cooperative.. The reception did not observe morals and classy dealings. Previously . As for those currently present (reception) bad, and I did not like to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s one of the unprofessional clinics I hv ever seen the one who’s responsible to answer are not there and I ask for an appointment they just ignored the message. What a shame ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, if you are a clinic that is considerably highly priced in comparison to other clinics yet you fail to stick to your appointments and delay your patients for over half an hour without any reasonable explanations or apology.. then why would I come to you again?
Add to that rude and super slow staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I visited zabeedi clinic too extract my wisdom teeth . Dr. Mohammed Al Ghamdi work is amazing . The clinic on the other hand failed to reach the expected standard . They made me wait one hour , despite me coming early . Whenever I went to reception they made excuses like they are cleaning the room or they are preparing the room . Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional of them .
