★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was 4:30.. I arrived 4:26 .. it’s 6:40 and I am still waiting for my turn yet .. hence that I’m here for retouch for 2 parts of my body!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hydrafacial was very bad. Two nurses were talking and laughing loudly in the room while one of them performed the facial. My skin looked very bad afterwards and the pores became very enlarged. I am always on time for laser appointments and they make me wait atleast 20-30 minutes everytime. Receptionists have a very bad attitude and are very rude. Arrived at the clinic and no one was sitting at the door except the nurse who takes the temperature as a COVID preventative measure. Nurse was too busy playing on her phone to call the receptionist. Twice I scheduled a laser session they call me last minute to cancel and claim the “device is in maintenance” and they refuse to reschedule. Once they even called on The day of the appointment I had already arrived at the clinic. My appointment was at 9AM she called at 9:28AM to cancel it on the same day. Horrible horrible clinic do not recommend at all.
Your service keeps getting worse I have one more session to schedule. After the clinic cancelled multiple times, I was going through a medical issue and scheduled this morning to make an appointment. The receptionist “Rania Jamal” rudely told me it has been more than 15 days and my session cannot be scheduled. This is not true since I have done so many times in the entire year I have been getting services there. Your clinic is beyond bad has no respect for customer or patient’s time or money. I will have to file a complaint at the ministry because I refuse to be treated this way. Never ever consider going to this clinic for my experience it is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with dr Somaya is excellent.. I did with her lip filler and Botox .. I liked her. She is elegant and beautiful doctor. I recommend her to all.also, the center is very clean and decorations are amazing..FIVE STARS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of disappointing to see how people on this clinic treat their clients. We are paying money
but we get the worse services. I had a laser hair removal for the whole body and you won’t believe the roughness, acnes, and scratches I got after the session. Instead of treating my body now I am buying so much creams and spending money to get rid of what you have done to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Dr. Somaya Mohie at Olivia medical center. She is great and very welcoming. Talking to her about the procedures and the expected results is enjoyable and calming. She also followed up with me after doing face threads and fillers. She answered all my questions in a professional medical manner. The center is also neat and clean and the receptionists are welcoming.

This place was one of my favorite centers, now I am so disappointed by all the changes that happened here! First the laser policy changed to that when you use cream 3days before your laser>no laser done for you!?receptionist of the laser section when i arrived asked me and i said i put cream 2 days ago so she just said” sorry but I have to cancel your appointment!! You should’ve tell this on the telephone instread of people leaving their stuff for this appointment + when i asked her why? She kept explaining and told me that there is explanation that u will bot understand! It’s so rude to just assume ppl can’t understand stuff while I am medical student and I’ve read many researches and this is the first time I encountered this thing in their center. Another thing there was no clothes hanger, no prayer room and you just pray in the middle of the reception without even a prayer mat?. Also, for the face laser they don’t anymore do it on the original session but inly in the retouch, and the nurses are so in hurry as every pt only have 1 hour for whole body laser ?????!!! Last but not least, no reservation in the reception you have to keep calling them to make an appointment!
it’s one of the expensive centers and we pay for the quality but this is very disappointing!!!
