★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a local company so they are not exactly tourist friendly, you will realize his from the time you place your reservation. On location, the manager doesn't speak much English, but he really tried.
Our car was a problem
- the brake pads were worn and it made a screeching sound
- the car was extremely dusty inside, we ate some dust when we turned the fan on
- the windshield wiper had no water
- the car had dents all over, although this wasn't really an issue to us.
Don't forget, your rental comes with only 200km/ day limit, so be ready for a surcharge if you plan to travel far. The business ethics seems fair, no monkey business - which I appreciate a lot.
I would use them again, but they wouldn't be my first choice.

My eid holiday plan completely spoil The customer care representative did not know what to do and simply said this is all what we have which mean take it or leave it. ??

I used to deal with them since they were Al Wifaq car rental. And now they improved their services to become better than what they were.
They have brand new cars with reasonable prices.
They also have special offers and discounts.
They give you up to 300 Km per day and it can be extended to unlimited open miles for 40 SAR.
Their best service is that you can pick up the car from a place and drop it off at another location for free with no extra fees. Even in other cities around.
