★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانة انا مصدوم من التعليقات الخدمة جدا ممتازة السيارة جديدة حجزت عن طريق الاتصال لضمان وجود سيارة لان وصولي في وقت متأخر اخلاق موظف الفرع في قمة الرقي والجمال يخليك تتغاضى عن اي ملاحظة لم يأخذ مني اي مبلغ اضافي زائد عن قيمة التأجير اضافة الى ان اسعارة منافسة والافضل بين الاربع مكاتب المتواجدة في المطار تحياتي للإدارة ومنسوبيها الكرام وشكر خاص للموظف لايحظرني اسمه دمتم كما انتم بأفضل حال وأتمنى الزيارة المقبلة ماأغير انطباعي عنكم كل الود ،،

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركه سيئة جدا ..تم تغريم زوجي على ضرر قديم في انوار السياره وأخدنه اكثر من ساعه ونصف لتخليص الاجرائات ..و ضرينا ندفع مبلغ الغرامة لكي لا تفوتنه الرحله الطيران.شركه نصابه ولا انصح بتعامل معاها.
Very bad company..My husband was fined for old damage to the car lights and took him more than an hour and a half to clear the procedures..and we had to pay the amount of the fine so that he would not miss the flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نفس الموال كل سنه الموظف ما يداوم الا قبل الرحله ب ٤٠د طيب انا جاي قبلها ب ساعه او ساعتين بريح دماغي بسلم السياره و اروح اجلس وبنفس المسألة ! وارقام التواصل عالمكتب يرن يرن ومشغول ! اتمنى بس تنظرون للموظفين ! ناهيكم عن الاذرعه والصيانه فالسياره ما يشيكون عليها ابداً همهم الشكل الخارجي فقط ! يعني يعطونك ياها بالخارجي كويسه بس بالداخلي زباله , اول و اخر مره استاجر من هالشركة او حتى استاجر من المطار

I hope you just look at the staff! Not to mention the arms and maintenance, the car never looks at it, they are only concerned with the exterior appearance! I mean, they give you good things outside, but inside is trash. The first and last time I rented from this company or even rented from the airport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركه سيئه جدا جدا ..تم استئجار سياره Hyundai creta وكان الوقت استلام السياره في الليل .ولم انتبه إلى حاله الزجاج و انوار الاماميه وكان تانكي البنزين فاطي 000 . وعند تسليم السياره تم تغريمي 287 الريال بحجه أن الانوار والزجاج الأمامي فيه عج وتم تقييم الحاله عن طريق أخد صور بجوال . ولم شيكت على سيارات الشركه لقيت اغلب انوار السيارات نفس الحاله. وقرأت العقد التأجير لا يوجد في بند عن عج الانوار . بختصار شركه نصابه يتم تغريم المستأجر على اضرار قديمه .النصح بعدم التعامل مع هدا الشركه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, at the moment of returning they tried to charge me 1000 sar claiming minor light dimness.
After arguing for 30 minutes they change the price to 400 sars plus taxes. All of that apart from the insurance fee (69) and drop off fee for a different city(500 sars) alUla- yanbu.
The light was not broken or anything.
