وش فايدة خدمة العملاء اذا كانت سيئة وماتعرف تتعامل مع العميل !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم شراء جهاز ايباد برو 11 من اكسايت وعرض علينا الموظف ضمان حوادث بمبلغ 300 ريال وقال لإصلاح الجهاز لأي سبب كان ،، انكسرت الشاشة وعندما ذهبنا به للصيانه اخذوا الجهاز لمدة 20 يوم ثم تم الرد برفض الاصلاح !! مافائدة ضمان الحوادث بمبلغ300 ريال

Every time I bought a set from them for a TV and Ansa, it no longer works on its own, I bought from them 3 times and still the same manufacturing defect, the TV remote is supposed to be highly efficient, yet its price is high in relation to its quality
