★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a hair dryer yesterday :) I’m aiming to have my kindle tablet from there too :) It was my first time to enter but I liked the store’s layout. The store service is not that helpful but the cashier were trying their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they sold me a product using the name and spec of another, I ordered it for click and collect and the workers behind the counter were lacking when it came to customer service after going home opening the product and discovering that it was the wrong one I went back to them to return it only to be told that since it's an online order I had to come in the morning, after I came in the next day at the morning the workers behinfld that desk were awful too and while initially refusing to return because it was opened did eventually return it when it was made clear that it was not the product I bought.
All in all they sold me a product they don't sell delivering a worse version and pretending its the same and horrible customer service all around. They only helpful one was the girl who was literally juggling 4 customers alone I wish I had her name to give her props

Went to this branch to buy water dispenser and it was out of stock so it will be delivered within 3-4 days and fully paid at store
When it was delivered and signed received, we found it was broken !! So immediately we called back the courier to take it and replace it with new one so he informed he will check and will get back to us again
It had broken dirty refrigerator, side pumped in , one leg was broken
For sure they didn’t show up and came after 3 days to only take the broken one they delivered until till we called their call center , send emails , even went to their store again to complain
The customer care said that we signed received the item and it’s broken so we can say that it was broken from your side !!! Didn’t imagine how rude was this and as if we broke it and we lie about it !! But they were right that we trusted a store like this
For sure it’s delivered after 3 days from visiting store again and the surprise that they fixed the broken one they brought to us !! I didn’t buy a 400 SAR item to have it broken and received fixed and it was delivered by their side
Seriously big LOL
Won’t ever buy from them again and deal back with Extra store !!! Attached the supposed brand new item ( Ha )
