★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dishwasher from then. They installed it, run it and left. Its turns that it doesn't drain water. When I called, they said you signed it's working!! Dear buyers, when you buy a dishwasher from them ask the guy who install it to stay 2:30h to make sure it drains water!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? I had an Extremely bad experience in Xcite. I Went several time to buy several items but unfortunately I couldn’t because of their policy and unexperienced stuff. I wasn’t able to try the Headphones because there is no battery on them and simply one of the salesman said ”you can buy it only if you know it” they don’t even try to show me their products.
Same thing happened with home theaters, no one helped me. I was struggling to find someone to ask him a simple question. Also the same for the outdoor speakers…
? Thank you for not selling to me, I’ll look for someone else who really care about their customers
