★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Riyadh recently and I bought my appliances from there “freezer, refrigerator, ac, washer, and dryer”; their “Deleviry” is horrible, no accurate time, and I went over there twice and they told me they will try to talk or email the delivery department and it’s just delay and waste of time. Next time I wouldn’t shop any thing that requires delivery from any store of x-cite. Comparing these store to EXTRA, I bought my TVs from extra on the same day, extra delivered my TVs within the day they promised. I regret that I didn’t buy more one thousand and got all my appliances from EXTRA, I got ruined by the fake SALES of x-cite, I paid more than I saved for living without necessities appliances with my family. NOT recommended store, and don’t get fold by there sales, there are many others professionals stores out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, I m visiting Riyadh from the states and took my phone here to have them put the screen protector and the lady Jonathan including another salesman in the phone area denied service to me after they messed up the way they put the screen protector and on top of that the lady scratched my phone
Please don’t visit this place and save your time visit another branch because some people take things personally and not professional. I hope some one reviews this because I am never visiting this place and don’t recommend anyone to go here. If you end up going here, stay with your phone at all times because they are horrible people to work with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un professionals employees huge mistake on billing and availability stuffs i stayed at branch more than 2hours waiting for refund because of employee mistake i recommend not to go to this branch and Xcite HR should take actions to these employees CUZ i saw them playing music and flirting each other which is not good hopefully we see changes soon
