★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lounge Key accepted here, good sitting space however no place for sleeping and no smoking rooms.
Food is limited and only one item can be taken, once only, drinks are unlimited.
Staff at front desk and also in kitchen were friendly.
Improvements can be done in terms of sleeping area and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Wellcome Lounge today. I had ordered once and then went back for some dessert, and the server told me that I needed to order at once because it was busy. I told him that I will order as many times as I want. Is there a problem. He didn't say anything. I ended up complaining at the front desk. Totally ruined the experience for me. You are charging customers 105 SAR per person and then have your servers tell something like that to customers, which is totally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved it. Nice decoration and welcoming staff. The receptionist was very helpful and treated us with hospitality. Coffee, food and drinks were available and it has good quality. Clean bathrooms. Many thanks to miss Alhathlol for her nice reception and welcoming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to contact someone in lounge. Charged me 64 USD after 2 days despite my entry was complimentary on visa infinite card. Don't know how to reach them. Already raised dispute against this transaction with bank. For everyone planning to visit kindly make sure you don't get dodged!
Kindly check reviews 9 & 10 months back. This is very unreasonable charging those who deserve complimentary entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small area but the very colorful and full of nice plants. The staff are very friendly. The cleaner keeps going around to make sure the area is clean.
They have a very small variety of food with almost no snacks next to the coffee table.
There is an area for kids which is very nice.
