★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wareef was one of the best places I've lived in. The units have large windows and it has a comfortable homey vibe, the compound manager is also very helpful and responsive. Its quite central and I would recommend this place to anyone who just moved to Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very cozy and away from the city crowd, the staff are very friendly and the maintenance is always available when needed .
The space of the apartments are perfect.
One thing to be considered if you live there and you don’t drive that any public transportation needs to be ordered earlier with 15 min so it can reach on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take your deposit to buy new furniture so negotiate rent and deposit amount.
I don’t think it is fair to charge people the price of new furniture after 5 years of use. Furnitures deprecate.
The price is high for what you are getting especially with the flood of new apartments in riyadh. The area is not serviced. You will have to drive 20 min for the closest grocery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gorgeous little compound in Riyadh, I had the perfect sized apartment for a girl living on her own and absolutely loved the private outdoor space. Staff were all really friendly and any issues with the apartment were dealt with immediately. Gym and pool are basic but does the job. Can’t recommend it enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely compound. Very quite area. Home away from home. Furnished apartment, everything that you need is inside. Whenever something requires maintenance the manager and staff always try to help out as soon as possible. Manager is always friendly and helpful. Pool is heated during winter time. Gym is average. Nice group of people/nationalities living here.
