★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B-2 is now called the Mohayya Compound, which is the greenest compound in Riyadh. Sited amid palm forests, the compound is surrounded by the only hills topology in the city and surrounded by natural greenery and the amazing scenery of wadi hanifa. Being in a valley, temperature in summer is usually 4 degrees less than rest of Riyadh and is well protected from sand storms. It is a great place to live and quality of life is rated high. It has nice gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, in door game hall and a good restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my God, I k how lots of people I k ow living there. Unbelievable whenever I step in i feel like you are stepping out of reality and date. I dont k is how i managed to live there for 4 years.
The only good thing about the place is Honada, compound d manager, a very friendly and helpful lady with an amazing family. Have fun and enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike other residential compounds, this one is very friendly and you really feel like home. From a social perspective, neighbors know their neighbors ... something almost rare in other compounds. It's also not as far from the city center as many people may think.
