The hairstyle Balqees was super nice and she did my hair perfectly even though she was under pressure.
The nail section is also super cute and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a bit skeptical when it comes for coloring hair /dye..I had a very bad experiences from previous hair saloon and it kept me away from it for ages.Today, I took a huge step since my hair badly needs a new look. I saw VIOLA Beauty Salon and Spa’s IG by coincidence and read all the reviews as well as browsing their photo collections (I did it hundreds time to convince myself). So I stepped in and alhamdulilah I received a warm welcome by very friendly receptionist with the rest of the staff..Mashalla tabarakallah.Any customers should be happy to see their sweet smiles. Then Ms Nur was assigned to handle my hair. Subhanallah !!! She is blessed because she has a pair of magic touch! Let her decide and you’ll be happily ever after with the result!!Price wise, it’s reasonable except the VAT made the number looks unreasonable ?BTW this will be my top salon on my list and looking forward for the next visit for another /different treatments. Lastly I believe any customers will be more appreciated if Viola Salon at least provides a hot/cold drinks with sweets (for me gahwa and Tamar is more than enough ?).Keep up the good services and see you guys soon along with my friends!!!!Oh opps..I need to mention the manager as well ?sorry I overheard they way she treated her staffs..She is sweet as she is presenting herself! Viola staffs should be lucky to have her!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came here with a blue hair that i know it’s very hard to remove but thanks to rahaf! she did a very good job with my hair i did not expect it to turn into a beautiful grey!!! it took so long and she tried her best to keep my hair healthy as possible and I can’t thank her enough!❤️ thank you so much really everyone is literally asking me about it and I would definitely recommend going to her you won’t be disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a manicure by a specific nail tech, but after I paid, she said that she’ll take more than an hour, and that I should have another nail tech do it for me (the one I requested finished in half hour btw). Turns out the one they gave me was being trained, and she made all my nails bleed (pictured above), even though I waited for her, she took an hour, and I still suffered with the pain for more than two weeks. After complaining while I was in the salon, she told me she’ll compensate me. They had the original nail tech try to “fix my nails,” and after I got back no one contacted me. I had to contact them, and they said they will not compensate me. THEY ARE LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! They did. Ot only lose me as a customer, they also lost all customers that know me because I made sure to tell everyone I know. Apparently the “compensation” is what I already paid for me; it’s my right. They even stopped responding which is highly unprofessional.

Loved it so much ?❤️ They are very professional in their work and made sure everything was perfect and made sure my hair are protected. I honestly LOVE the end result! Everything went really smoothly and professionally. Can’t wait to visit again ? Thank you Violla and Manal, Arkan, Rahaf, Noor, Zamzam? They have a corner for complimentary drinks too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with manicure and Pedicure , it was a busy day and really crowded but still staff was welcoming and nice.
My nails were done by nina and fefe (sorry if i get the names wrong) they did a great job and I really love the result!
However they should use a better top coat because the nail polish got chipped after one day only !
