★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the store were absolutely amazing, very accommodating and helpful. However, I paid for the delivery and the delivery staff dropped my item at the main gate of the compound and left. No mechanism to ring the store to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, and worst delivery ever and damaged items received from Khalid ibn alwaleed store and warehouse!
They delivered my dinning table contains white spots and change in color. And delivery man asked to revert back to store.
Store manager promised to replace it and I'm waiting for more than a week now without any update from their side. Definitely i will raise a complain to chamber of commerce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, nice furniture but they lied to me about the delivery. Supposed to arrive today and never came, called customer service and it was useless; they said delivery tomorrow. Today's delivery is written in the receipt.
