★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V.very bad management, v.very bad tracking systen, staff un trained specially yousaf in khamishmushait, as per his statement the packet was with him since 4 days but he didnot inform us due to that our party date gone and no benefit for clothes which we bring from Pakistan.
What mean Express delivery, the area was Ahad Rufaisah Khamishmushait is available in city, he was showing this area remote area and not delivered to us also not inform by call.
Anyone responsible for delay and not inform us should be penalized or remove from service.
