الشحنة تمت في تاريخ ١٣/١
وتم استلامهم في تاريخ ١٧/١ والحمدلله بدون اي مشكلة اللهم كانت في وحده منهم بطاريات وتأخرت يوم، ولكن عدت بسلام..
ياليت انهم يسون اتفاقيه مع شركات التي تنقل بطاريات لتفادي ذلك في المستقبل..
وهذي صور الشحنتين التي تم ارسالها من امريكا الى المملكة..

And they were received on 1/17, praise be to God, without any problem. Oh God, there were batteries in them alone and they were late for a day, but I returned in peace ..
I wish they wanted an agreement with companies that transport batteries to avoid this in the future ..

والشحنة بتكمل شهر عندهم ولحد الان مافي تجاوب ومايقولون ضاعت يقولون بنفتح تحقيق

من أسوأ الشركات في التعامل على الاطلاق، قمت بتحويل مبلغ الشحن ولم يتم الشحن بعذر ان النظام عطلان، ومن ثم الرخصة الدولية موقفة، والان لم يتم الرد نهائيا من قبلهم. أنصح وبشدة بعدم التعامل وعدم دفع اي مبلغ لانه من المستحيل استرجاع المبلغ من حسابهم، والى الان انتظر من ٤ شهور ولايوجد اي حل

One of the worst companies to deal with at all. I transferred the amount of freight and the shipment was not done with the excuse that the system was out of order, and then the international license was suspended, and now there is no final response from them. I strongly advise against dealing and not paying any amount because it is impossible to recover the amount from their account, and so far I have been waiting for 4 months and there is no solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience to with alnaqloon (DHL)? even they charge me on 30 kg may be 1100SR when it's reached on destination in my country they also want me more than 700 SR so guys be careful ?believe me local is ?% betters then them
