When I tracked my item it said that there was an attempted delivery but I didn't receive any message or call regarding this delivery. They rescheduled the delivery date but no information when they will deliver the item. I tried to contact them but they are useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My courier is coming ,mobile messages and what's app messages are coming, after I am call aramex representative two or more time,who are not respond call, I am needed courier to my company accommodation,but who donot respond and after that I am going to aramex office,collect my courier,because the courier is valuable documents ok aramex service is not satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service. My package was for delivery, I option out for delivery in their Bot but they always confirmed it as Pick Up. I've waitied for 5 days no calls or update. So without any choices I pick up my package which I payed before they will return it back to the seller.
