★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معاملتهم سيئة ولا يهتم بجودة العمل والمعاملة مع العميل وسعرهم ليس رخيص أيضا لا يزور الموقع مدير التركيبات يعدونك ولا يووفون تجربتي سيئة معهم
Their treatment is bad and does not care about the quality of the work and treatment with the client and their price is not cheap also do not visit the site manager installation of you do not know my experience bad with them

يذلوك عشان الراتب
نقالين كلام بالشركة
بتيجي ع وظيفة معينه وتوقع العقد وبعدين يشغلوك باكتر من وظيفه عقدهم سنتين وازا حتطلع تدفع راتب شهر لهم بس هم يطردوك عادي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصح بعدم التعامل معهم . اشتريت منهم مصعد في شهر مايو والتوريد خلال ٤ اشهر . لم يتم التوريد حتى الان صار لي ٧ اشهر . قبل دفع الفلوس تعامل رائع ورد علي الجوال بعد الدفع مواعيد غير دقيقة وكل يوم عذر . انصح بعدم التعامل معهم والخيارات كثيرة في السوق
I advise not to deal with them. I bought an elevator from them in May and supply within 4 months. The supply has not been completed yet. I have had 7 months. Before paying the money, a wonderful deal, and a response on the mobile phone. After payment, dates are inaccurate and every day is an excuse. I advise not to deal with them and the options are many in the market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من عندهم مصعد إيطالي نوع ميلان لمنزلي، وكان ذلك عام 2016 والحقيقة كان الإشراف مجاني بدءا من مخطط المنزل وحتى التركيب، ورغم اني ركبت المصعد وبقي دفعة اخيرة ولكن تعاملهم كان ممتاز ولم اتلقى اي اتصال منهم لدفع الدفعة الأخيرة حتى حضرت لهم بنفس بشهر نوفمبر 2021 لتشغيل المصعد والدفع. كما اشكر الاستاذ / فاروق والذي اشرف على التركيب ويمتاز بالأخلاق العالية والكلمات المهذبة والوعود الصادقة وحسن التعامل مع العملاء. حقيقة فاروق يعكس صورة رائعة عن المحل وطريقة التعامل، وكذلك هناك موظف اخر بالمكتب ع الدائري الشرقي لا أذكر اسمه هو أيضا ممتاز بالتعامل مع العميل.

I also thank Mr. Farouk, who supervised the installation and is distinguished by high morals, polite words, sincere promises, and good dealing with customers. Farouk's reality reflects a wonderful image of the shop and the way of dealing, as well as another employee in the office on the eastern ring road, whose name I do not remember, is also excellent in dealing with the customer.
