They only care about making sure they get their money from the insurance without paying attention to your treatment and recovery plan... is it fine for them to have your treatment sessions done not in regular basis as they have and no one actually tries to fix the issue. Had this experience for my first 6 session aiming for a better service for the seconds approved sessions. But it got actually worse. specialist “shaden” cancel on appointments last minute like 2 hours before arriving (this happened twice).
I highly recommend searching for a place where they care about their patients than running a business.
