★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As for this branch, I went there with my colleague to repair his brand new Grand Cherokee after an accident, the guy there welcomed us and made all the necessary paperwork, then he said that we'll receive 3 SMS, the first sms when he submit our papers, Second sms when they get approval to repair, third sms to give us appointment when to go and repair. It has been 3 weeks now and no one called, we called the 900 unified number and registered a complaint and a call back request. No one called back. No sms. Very very bad experience!!!!
