★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اكلم الموظف اشرح له وجود عيب مصنعي في قزازة السيارة عند استلامها مافيع تفاهم خل نشوفها او صوريها او او استيعاب للمشكلة
هاتي السيارة ونغير القزازة على طول..
طبعا قزاز السيار الامامي ممنوع العبث فيه المفروض فما حسيت فيه مصداقية خاصة انه اعطى السعر وشغل اليد قبل يشوف ويعاين المشكلة بنفسه .. ليه كذا نيسان

عن ما بعد البيع اسوء خدمة رافعة مطالبة للاصلاح في الوكالة منذ 7/3/2022 للاصلاح وللان لم يتم التجاوب منكم بتواصل مع الاستاذ خليفة عسيري ولا يرد لا ع الاتصال ولا ع الرسائل
وتم رفع شكوى الى وزارة التجارة

انا صارلي حادث والغلط علي 100% وتاميني شامل ونقلني لفرع بترومين ورحت لهم وقابلني الموضف هيثم الصراحه اخلاقه ماش مع الزباين وريته تقرير الحادث وخطاب التأمين انه نقلني الوكاله وجا شاف صدمتي علمن ان صدمتي بس صدام وشبك خفيفه مره قعد ساعه يشوف ويتفحص بعدين نادني للمكتب وقال خلاص انت رح وانا بتصل عليك اذا جا التسعير رحت قعدت 10 ايام كلمته قال للحين ماجا وبعد 20 يوم اكلمه ومايرد وبعدها ادق عليه مايرد ورحت للفرع هذا والقاه واقوله ليه ماترد يقول منتبهتش للجوال قلت طيب طلعت قال ايه ويطلعها وتطلع تكلفه التصليح 9 الاف وكسور ونسبه تحمل 6900 ويقعد الموتر عندهم يتصلح 3 شهور !!! على صدام وشبك طلعت منهم وصلحتها ب اقرب ورشه ب 500 ريال وطلعت من ثاني يوم واطلق من شغلهم

Ali Saddam and Shabak, I got out of them and fixed it in the nearest workshop for 500 riyals, and it came out from the second day and was fired from their job.

المكان بس سمكرة وتصليح الحوادث فقط وانا اول مره اجيهم بخصوص وقت التصليح والتاخير ما عندي فكره بس حسب ما اعرف هو بسبب قطع الغيار ماتكون متوفره ويتم تجميعها من الفروع الثانية او طلبها من اليابان وتحياتي لكم

Then the estimated value is sent to the insurance company and waiting for approval, and then you have to wait, believe it or not, for a period of up to 6 months for repair!! .. In the event of any accident in the car, I advise choosing any other workshop.
لا انصح به على الاطلاق لاصلاح حوادث السيارات المحولة من شركات التامين، يستغرق الامر وقتا طويلا جدا حيث يستغرق تقدير اصلاحات السيارات عدة اسابيع! ثم بعد ذلك يتم ارسال القيمة التقديرية الى شركة التامين و انتظار الموافقة، و بعد ذلك يجب عليك الانتظار ، صدق او لا تصدق، لمدة قد تصل الى ٦ اشهر للاصلاح!! .. فى حالة وجود اى حادث بالسيارة انصح باختيار اى ورشة اخرى.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nissan and Petromin are Literally the worst after-sales car service dealer, it took me 8 months to fix a very simple problem caused of manufacturing defect. Unprofessional team in all branches including Nissan’s ME. I don’t recommend Nissan as an option for anyone honestly

Repairs were done as per expectation and the car was delivered as promised.
